Order Processing Time
Items may be fulfilled directly by Hailey’s Army Official Advocacy Store or through third-party production partners.
• Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days
• Fulfillment time may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order is fulfilled, it is shipped.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout, including apartment numbers and ZIP codes.
If a package is returned due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Unclaimed delivery
You may be responsible for reshipping costs.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:
• Check with neighbors
• Contact your local carrier
• Wait 1–2 business days (sometimes packages are marked delivered early)
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. However, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in investigating delivery issues.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)
Buyers are responsible for:

We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
