Return & Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Products

Because items are custom-made upon purchase, most items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We don’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or color selected at checkout

  • Items that don’t fit as expected

If Your Item Arrives Damaged, Misprinted, Defective, or Incorrect

If there’s an issue caused by printing/production or fulfillment, we’ll make it right.

To request a fix, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue (and photos of the shipping packaging if it arrived damaged)

If confirmed, we will offer a free replacement (reprint/reship) or another appropriate resolution. In many cases, you won’t need to return the item. Please do not return items without contacting us first, as return addresses may vary depending on the fulfillment partner.

Lost in Transit / Never Arrived

If your package appears lost or hasn’t arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and help.

Exchanges (size/color)

We don’t offer exchanges for a different size or color, since each item is printed on demand. If you’d like a different size/color, you’ll need to place a new order. 

Platform-Specific Requirements

If the marketplace or payment provider you used requires a return outside of what’s covered above, we’ll follow the platform’s rules, but custom-made items are generally not eligible for buyer’s-remorse returns.
